With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership, I have a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a successful workforce from the ground up, with a background that includes manufacturing, distribution, general office, and startups. My expertise covers the full employee lifecycle, from compliance and policy writing to employee relations, benefits administration, and leadership coaching.
I founded this business because I genuinely believe that every company, regardless of size, deserves access to expert HR support that not only mitigates risk but also helps their people and their business thrive. Pricing Models and Options
Hourly Option
This option is best for small, one-off projects or clients who just need occasional advice or support.
Project-Based Option
This option works well for a defined scope of work, such as writing an employee handbook, creating compensation structure, or conducting a policy audit. This fee is priced based on the estimated hours required to complete the project and includes a 25% mark-up to account for unforeseen obstacles or deadline changes.
Retainer Option
This pricing model is best for businesses who anticipate ongoing support. This is a fixed monthly fee and includes up to 15 hours of remote support per month and access to our partners for quick questions and guidance. Monthly fee depends on complexity of the client’s needs. If a project is requested while on retainer, project fees will be applied at a lower, discounted rate.
